Trading strategy

This is a 100% automated EA that only trades in the EUR/USD pair. You can run it simultaneously on multiple charts for various timeframes. For cent accounts, you can start with only $50, but for the rental option, you need €4,000, while PAMM accounts require €400.

This EA follows a Grid-trading algorithm that trades in price action and price swings. It uses classical mathematical equations and makes its entries and exits with the help of price swings, oscillators, and moving averages.

The developer recommends using minimum leverage of 500:1 for safe trading. You have the option to add a VPS and there is a managed account available as well. It is recommended that you sign up with the Key to Markets broker for spread-based rebates.

Since the take profit is only 4 pips, the EA is spread-sensitive. For this reason, you should use zero or low spread. For the robot to run properly, you must sign up with a broker that supports hedging.

Verdict
Athena EA is quite expensive compared to the market average. The vendor has not shared the historical test results, so we have no idea about the long-term performance. Although live trading results are present, we can see that the robot trades with a risky combo of Grid and Maringale approaches.
